I like to watch it too. I think he's funny and a good guy deep down, and I like the story plots, they are interesting. Like the plague episode, which made me wonder was it really pigeon poop that started the real bubonic plague? And I wonder sometimes if the situations really could happen. I mean if they are all based on real things that could happen that makes me want to know a little more to protect myself.

Did you know that Cameron lost a baby once?
I was watching the 3rd episode of season one, where a bunch of newborns got sick in the hospital AFTER delivery, and one of the babies died. He sent Cameron to tell the parents but she couldn't and at the end it revealed that she had lost a child. House figured it out and asked her about it and she got really upset. It was pretty much not stated as fact, but hinted at and then the reaction showed it was true.
